Kirsten comes from a Blue Chip Grocery background having worked in first class FMCG companies for 20 years. She has held many Sales and Leadership Roles from Country Manager to Account Manager. Kirsten’s specialty is in turning troubled businesses around to profitable growth.
She has led many teams to success via accurate Root Cause identification and subsequent creative problem solving. This is then formulated into a Plan that breathes the DNA of the organisation AND is executable. This brought to life a strong passion for helping others and pioneering breakthrough results. With encouragement from colleagues and mentors, Kirsten launched her own Consultancy in 2016.
